Traditional body repair is a major and costly undertaking that can involve removing whole sections of your car’s exterior, welding in new panels and performing a complete paint job. We take the worry of a hail damaged vehicle away from you so you focus on your day to day life. We have a simple straight-forward approach to repairing your vehicle as outlined below:

• We will contact you to organise an assessment within 48 hours of receiving notification of the job.
• We assess your vehicle to determine the extent of damage and identify the most suitable method of repair to bring your car back to its original condition.
• The assessment will also allow us to prepare a quote for inhouse repair and where applicable we will source additional quotes for work that we will need to subcontract for conventional repairs.

• If you are claiming through an insurer then the insurer will review the final quotation and determine if the vehicle will be repaired or written off.
• If you are not claiming through an insurer and paying direct then we will give you the quote to review and you can then decide what work, if any, you wish to proceed with.
• Once scope of works has been agreed and quotation accepted we will work with you to book the car in at a mutually convenient time so we can conduct the repairs (bear in mind, that with large hail storms there can be a lot of cars needing repair so there could be a delay before we can attend to your vehicle).
• Once the vehicle is in our care we will carry out as much repair work as we can directly and will then coordinate any other work needed by third party repairers.
• Once all work is completed we will conduct a final quality control inspection of the vehicle to ensure it meets our exacting standards – if it does not we will return it for rectification – if it does we will be in touch to arrange pickup.

PDR is less costly than other types of dent repair and generally takes less time than conventional repair techniques. We will aim to maximise the PDR content of your repair work provided we can bring the vehicle to its original finish. Those parts that cannot be repaired by PDR will be outsourced for repair by conventional techniques ensuring the vehicle is repaired to the best standard possible.
